Job Description

  • We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to work closely with the Group HR to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and objectives
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes
  • Provide periodic HR reports to the group HR through HR metrics
  • Identify employee training needs and implement training calendar
  • Ensure the maintenance of up to date employee database management system
  • Work closely with Group HR to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems for all employees
  • Manage employees relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with compensation and benefit processes

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Candidates must have 5-6 years of experience
  • Relevant professional certification ( CIPM,CIPD,etc)
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best pratices
  • People oriented and result driven
  • Execellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in HRIS
