Job Position: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Description 

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Provide HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
• Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment and consistency
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification
• HR consulting experience is an added advantage

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
