Job Description

• The ideal candidate will support clients across multiple HR functions and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their people, processes, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR advisory and consulting services to clients.
• Support recruitment, outsourcing, and talent management projects.
• Conduct background checks and provide verification reports.
• Facilitate and support Learning & Development programs.
• Contribute to financial advisory processes where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 – 8 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client expectations effectively.
• Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or L&D is an added advantage.
