Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

• We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the HR department in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, strategies, and procedures.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s degree or HR certification is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
