Welcome U Shopping Centre is a reputable shopping center in the heart of the city, Port Harcourt. It has over five branches and deals mainly on retail trade and general supplies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
• Handle employee relations and performance evaluations
• Support management in workforce planning and development

Requirements

• BSc in any Social Science or Human Resource Management
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and conflict-resolution abilities.
