We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Specialist
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Attract, source, and screen potential candidates for job openings.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns, acting as a point of contact between employees and management.
• Implement and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance by all employees.
• Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business-Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and current regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience working with Slack and Notion.
