We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Assistant (Male)
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Support the Human Resources Manager in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition -
• Draft and revise company policies as a team
• Recruitment and Selection - Headhunting of candidates -
• Employee welfare management -
• Carry out other duties assigned by the HR Manager. -
• Work closely with HR manager and Management team
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Payroll management
• Compensation and Benefits Administration.

Job Specification

• BSc / BA in Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Years of work experience not more than 2 years experience in a similar role from a well-structured organisation.
• Have basic knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law and Policies.
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional affiliation is an added advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Male preferably for gender balance and equality.
