Role Objective

• Manage employee welfare and handle escalated client complaints to maintain a harmonious workplace.

Responsibilities

• Implement employee welfare programs and manage grievances.
• Address escalated client complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and global standards.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a background in HR.
• Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement.
