Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted business advisor, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline HR processes.
  • Drive HR business strategy and monitor progress, emphasising technology, talent, and performance enhancements.
  • Implement HR strategies, standards, and policies while overseeing daily HR operations.
  • Employ HR analytics to assess progress and risks, presenting best practices tailored to business needs. Manage HR reports, including ISO compliance, with proficiency in tools like Airtable, Coda.io, Visio/Draw.io. 

Activities Include:

  • Recruitment, job analysis, and talent management.
  • Learning and development, succession planning, and retention.
  • Employee relations, onboarding, and workforce forecasting.
  • Employee relations, compensation management, and wellness.
  • Policy development, AI integration, and pay practice considerations.
  • Proactive risk management and HR policy integration.

Key Competencies

  • HR Degree required; Postgraduate Degree a plus.
  • 8+ years of comprehensive HR experience.
  • Proficiency in labor legislation and payroll processing.
