We were registered to undertake the Procurement of Medical Devices and General Hospital Consumables, satisfying these with competence has been our goal over these years. Prezgreel Investments Limited has a working relationship and contractual agreement with major Healthcare Institutions in all 36 states including FCT in Nigeria and has Territory Representatives in all states of Nigeria with over 20 sub-distributors that cover major regions in the country. Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the strategic objectives of the organization and supporting Team Leads in achieving their goals.
  • The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in human resources coupled with strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with Team Leads to understand organizational objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Partner with Team Leads to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and develop HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify training and development needs and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Team Leads on HR-related matters, providing guidance and recommendations based on expertise and best practices.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, with exposure to various HR functions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational objectives.
  • Experience in change management to support organizational transitions and initiatives.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop solutions.
  • Ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with active listening abilities.
  • Relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, or ACIPM will be an added advantage.
