Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our vibrant lounge team.
  • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the lounge maintains a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in managing employee payroll and ensure timely processing.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including leave, health insurance, and other entitlements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee concerns promptly and professionally, promoting staff satisfaction.
  • Identify staff training needs and organize development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and ensure all HR processes adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Support managers in implementing performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop strategies to boost employee morale and productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience working in a lounge, restaurant, or similar environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an advantage.
