Job Position: Human Resources Lead
Job Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti

Job Summary

• The Human Resources Lead is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• This role is vital for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the institution’s mission and foster a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding strategies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with institutional goals and top management directives.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance appraisal and employee development programs.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and relevant regulations.
• Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
• Serve as an advisor to management on HR strategy, organizational structure, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR professional in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in office software, HR systems, and digital tools.
