Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
• They will implement HR strategies that support business growth, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and health & safety standards.
• Oversee employee performance management and training programs.
• Address employee grievances and promote a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-9 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
