Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Promote a positive and productive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead performance evaluation processes and manage employee development.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
