Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Lagos.
• The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, employee relations, and job description development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong experience in HR management, HR policies, and human resources
• Should be techy and 3 to 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of employee relations and ability to maintain positive relationships with employees
• Experience in job description development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
