Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• As an HR Consultant, you are expected to critically review a pool of applicants for a job role in order to identify the best candidates among them that live or best match the job description given by our client.
• Subsequently, you will shortlist according to well-defined criteria, and communicate to the shortlisted candidates the interview or job test date as the case may be.

Requirements

• Minimum Education qualification is B.Sc / HND.
• While prior experience in this role is a clear advantage, it is not a requirement for a successful applicant

In addition to having the appropriate HR certificates, he or she must:

• Have excellent communication skills especially in writing and speaking components.
• Have hands-on experience on creating a winning resume.

Remuneration
Less than N75,000 monthly.
