Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic HR Consultant to join our team and help drive our human resources strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Advise on recruitment, employee relations, and retention strategies.
• Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with legal frameworks and best practices.
• Design and facilitate HR training programs for managers and employees.
• Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve organizational performance.
• Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary issues with professionalism.

• Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles with a track record of success in consulting or a similar strategic capacity.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Proven experience in HR policy formulation and implementation.
• Experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable.
