We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist with  the process of recruitment, assisting with interviews and Onboarding 
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Oversee HR events and meetings and coordinate management employee communications
• Write and submit reports on general HR activities
• Support HR-related trainings programs,workshops and seminar 
• Continuously learn the latest HR practices to improve workplace efficiency.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
• Not less than two (2) years of experience as an HR Officer or related position
• Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Zoho
• Dynamic and outgoing personality to interface with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Rigorous, reliable, autonomous and self-driven
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
