Human Resources Personnel
1. Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
2. Leading recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.
3. Collaborating with other managers in the business sometimes intentionally to ensure smooth running of the company.
4. Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring
5. Providing detailed HR reports to senior mama teams
6. Partnering with senior operational staff including the HR director to establish and roll-out people related strategy.
7. Overseeing training and development of employees
