Job Position: Human Resourse Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Overview

• The HRBP will collaborate with business leaders to drive organisational performance, ensure compliance and embed a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• To serve as a strategic guide to regional managers and business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Performance management and talent optimization
• to carry out HR operations and compliance
• Outsource management
• Recruitment, Onboarding, and vendor management
• Employee engagement and wellbeing
• Planning and reporting

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in HRM, Business Admin, and other related fields
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience and above
• Gender: Male and Female
• Age: Not more than 45 years

Abilities/Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
• Proficiency with the HRIS system
• Strong analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Professional HR certification e.,g CIPM, SHRM, HRCI is a plus

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
