We are recruiting an experienced Import Operations/Customs Clearing Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with handling documents such as PC, SONCAP, FORM, PAAR, IMPORT PERMIT, etc.
• Good relationships with banks, customs, terminals, and other government agencies.
• Familiar with import customs clearance processes.
• Knowledgeable about the deposit refund process for shipping companies.
• Experience in import duty payment and customs clearance, understanding customs HS Code classification rules.
• Experience in import customs clearance for Free Trade Zones.
• Experience with IDEC for duty-free import clearance and FAST TRACK.
• Familiar with the requirements and channels for obtaining an IMPORT PERMIT.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7–10 years of similar working experience.
• Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and documentation requirements.
• Proven track record of handling duty payments and customs classifications.
• Familiarity with Free Trade Zone regulations and duty-free import processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with banks, customs, and government agencies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex import regulations.
