Job Description

• The Internal Auditor Officer is responsible for conducting independent and objective evaluations of the organization’s financial, operational, and compliance processes to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and adherence to policies, laws, and regulations.
• The role helps identify risks, recommend improvements, and promote efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing annual audit plans based on risk assessments.
• Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance activities across departments.
• Review and assess the adequacy of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Gather, analyze, and document audit evidence.
• Prepare working papers to support audit findings.
• Test internal controls and identify weaknesses or areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks that could impact operations or compliance.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Present audit results to management and follow up on agreed corrective actions.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
• Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Intersted candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-7 years of experience.
