Job Description

• Inventory management
• Asset management
• Supplier management
• Manage and communicate procurement and inventory policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement and inventory records.
• Generate reports on procurement and inventory activities for management review.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any delivery, quality, or pricing issues.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of Google Suite.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
