Job Position: Inventory Manager

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• As the Inventory and Store Manager, you will be responsible for keeping track of inventory data, storage system and updating the company’s inventory.
• You are to collaborate with customers and suppliers to process orders, packing and delivery.
• Ensure that product system meets the company’s quality and safety standards.
• Overall, you should ensure our team are coordinated effectively to meet set deadlines, targets and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Manager the company’s inventory and storage chain strategy
• Analyze inventory data, monitor storage and delivering processes to eradicated bottlenecks
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records and send frequent reports to GM and MD
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the storage and supply chain
• Train and guide employees with regards to store operations in the company
• Find cost-effective solutions for inventory and store operations and processes
• Resolve issues that come up with the store department (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
• Ensure storage and supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
