Job Position: Inventory Officer
Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking to employ a results-driven store officer to accurately keep stock records, judiciously ensure products safety and present reports for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Finished Products: Take record and stock of inward and outward of all finished products.
• Package: Ensure recording and shipping of finished products to customers and locations.
• Daily Stock Report: Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports of all stock.
• Asset Records: Take records of all assets and conduct audits of stock and property.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile stock records to ascertain stock level, and prevent stock theft.
• Database, Register & Keys: Manage all relevant books and registers.
• Reporting: Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.

General Skills and Experience Requirements

• OND, HND, BSc / BA Degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in the same role
• Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Proximity to location is key.

Remuneration

• N70,000 Monthly (Net).
• Health Insurance
• Leave / Leave allowance
