Job Description

  • We are hiring an investment banking (business development) professional who has worked with an existing franchise brand, or in the hospitality industry, the ideal candidate must have proven work experience in investment banking / analysis.

Competencies / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, or any other added certification.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven work experience in investment banking / analysis
  • Cognate experience in interacting with clients, potential investors, and other stakeholders. Ability to negotiate terms and agreements that benefit all parties involved.
  • Understanding of Capital markets: Familiarity with various capital raising methods.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling pitches and presentations to win new clients and secure business opportunities.
  • Experience in property leasing and Renovations.
  • Financial analysis and modelling: Ability to create complex financial models, perform valuation analyses, understanding financial statements, performing quantitative analysis and assess potential risks and returns.
  • Vast understanding of the hospitality industry and franchise business models.
  • Risk assessment: The skill to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with investment decisions.
  • Effective project management skills to handle multiple deals simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage teams.
  • Proficiency in various valuation methods
  • profound background in business development with an existing franchise brand and a vast clientele base of investors and decision makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in conducting thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities, trends, and market dynamics.

Remuneration Package

  • Salary: N500,000 - N1,200,000 Monthly (Competitive)
