Job Position: IT Infrastructure Manager
Job Location: Remote

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our network, servers, and other critical IT systems.
• This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Guide and support a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Resolve IT infrastructure issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Oversee servers, networks, storage, and cloud services to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through robust security protocols.
• Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for the company.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• In-depth understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.

Salary
N500,000 Monthly.
