Job Position: IT Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT Infrastructure. This is a full-time on-site role.

Key Work Functions

• Overseeing the company's IT infrastructure
• Managing the IT team
• Ensuring the security and efficiency of systems
• Implementing technology solutions
• Setup and deploy new IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, phones and meeting room devices
• Assist in procurement and inventory management of IT equipment
• Providing technical support to internal and external staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues both on-site and remotely
• Website management and development
• Conduct system maintenance and perform patching/updates as needed
• Some travel may be required for this role.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) | or CompTIA A+.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software (ERP Solutions e.g Quickbooks), and hardware
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and leading a team
• Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, and data backup
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Android technologies, smartphones, Routers, switches, CCTV, and firewall experience, LAN and Wifi configurations
• Familiarity with network protocols, LAN/WAN/VPN technologies and general network troubleshooting.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
