Fintech Associates Ltd is Recruiting for the following positions:

Job Title: IT Support / Administrator

Job Description:

• Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures.
• Direct software programming and development of documentation.
• Consult with partners or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
• Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
• Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
• Converse with customers to determine details of equipment problems.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• Proven background in infrastructure and network security
• Systems and Software Performance Analysis and Optimization experience
• Payment Systems Architecture Consulting and Implementation experience will be an advantage/essential?
• Certifications in Oracle Java, Web and Mobile solutions will be an advantage.
