Job Position: IT Support Officer
Job Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Supports all bank internal employees and external vendors with troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Deploy hardware and software.
• Monitors external and internal help desk ticket programs.
• Assist with the tracking of IT changes.
• Assist with IT administration.
• Documents all IT procedures, processes and configurations of applications and end-user equipment.
• Maintains level of work knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, and professional organizations.
• Participates in risk assessment activity and assists in the performance of annual external IT audits.
• Participates in patching activity of all bank equipment to ensure a compliant and secure environment.
• Other assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess at least an OND qualification with relevant experience.
