We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Support & Systems Administrator (Broad IT & Networking)

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Networking & ISP Support
• LAN/WAN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Router and switch configuration
• Resolving ISP connectivity issues
• Telecom & Communication Systems
• Intercom/PABX troubleshooting
• VoIP systems management (where applicable)
• Security & Surveillance Systems
• CCTV installation, diagnostics, and maintenance
• Access control systems setup and support
• Wi-Fi & Wireless Networks
• Signal coverage analysis and improvement
• Wireless access point configuration
• Computer & Peripheral Support
• Hardware diagnostics and repairs (laptops, desktops, printers)
• Operating system installation and updates
• Preventive Maintenance
• Scheduled checks for IT hardware
• Documentation of issues and resolutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum: OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support (networking + hardware maintenance)
• Relevant certifications (added advantage):
• CompTIA A+ (Hardware)
• CompTIA Network+ / Cisco CCNA (Networking)
• CCTV/Access Control vendor-specific training.
