We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Support Technician

Job Location: Agege, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests via phone, email, and in-person
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Document support activities and update technical manuals
• Perform system backups and data recovery
• Assist with network connectivity issues
• Provide training and guidance to users on software applications
• Collaborate with IT team to implement technology solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
