Job Title: Business Manager

Basic Duties

•     To ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial/profit targets
•     Develop and implement budgets
•     Prepare reports for management
•     Ensure that the necessary tools/resources are provided to staff to carry out their assignments.

•     To oversee the activities of all marketing staff
•     Set performance target for marketing staff
•     Evaluate and appraise marketing staff performances
•     Develop new business and maintain existing relationship

Qualifications

•     A degree in Business Admin/Management.
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•     Ability to solve problems
•     Result oriented and a goal getter.
•     5 years and above related experience.
