1.) Social Media Handler / Community Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with our audience across social media platforms.
• Q&As, and other interactive content.
• Respond to customer queries and manage feedback effectively.
• Organize and execute engagement activities like polls, quizzes, and contests.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in managing social media communities.
• Ability to maintain a positive brand image and resolve customer issues professionally.

• Write engaging captions and craft creative storytelling posts.
• Draft scripts for video content such as tutorials and live sessions.
• Plan and maintain content calendars for campaigns and themes.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation for various social media platforms.
• Ability to stay on top of trends and develop timely, relevant content.

3.) Assistant Architect

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing design concepts and schematic designs.
• Prepare architectural drawings, including plans and elevations.
• Create construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct site visits to verify design intent.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Archicad, and related software.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for design and attention to detail.
