We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Details

• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
• Daily monitoring of stock movement (products)
• Ensure compliance with tax matters and liaise with tax authorities
• Prepares and update monthly payroll with the use of spreadsheets.
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Preparation and remittance of monthly PAYE and VAT to relevant tax authorities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company including daily account reconciliation, cash/treasury management, and internal/external financial reporting.
• Tally ERP Knowledge is MUST

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.

2.) System Administrator

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain system efficiency
• Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
• Make recommendations for upgrades
• Evaluate and modify system performance
• Structure Cabling
• CCTV Installation
• Bio-metric Installation
• P2P Radio Installation
• Network Support
• System Support
• Firewall
• Intercom installation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as System Administrator
• Strong analytical skills.
• Three to four years of system administration experience or desktop/server support experience
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to self-motivate and work in a small-team environment
• Should have good aptitude for troubleshooting desktop and server related issues
• Should have workable knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 Server Technologies
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well as in collaboration with a team
• Microsoft Certifications MCP / MCSA / MCSE (added advantage)
• Must know Networking/Switching/Access Point/Router.

3.) Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
• Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
• Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
• Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
• Help to plan sales campaigns
• Create a sales pipeline
• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
• Having a good understanding of IT products or services and being able to advise others about them
• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
• Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
• Carry out sales forecasts and analyses and present your findings to senior management.

Requirement

• Knowledge of IT Products is preferred.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
