Job Position: Sales Manager

Job Locations: Lagos, Benin - Edo, Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Description


  • Assist in achieving sales targets and increasing sales profitability for available products within Lagos, Benin, Port Harcourt and it environ.

Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve sales target for all product types within Leventis Motors.
  • To rightly position our product in the Nigerian market by gaining a larger market share in terms of sale among other brands.
  • Establish, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and implementation of strategies to keeping them.
  • Product Presentations/demonstration to customers/prospective customers.
  • Preparation of weekly sales/customer visit/call report for management feedback.

Qualification And Key Competencies

  • HND / B.Sc in Sales and Marketing or any related degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience (Construction Equipment).
  • Varied Heavy duty Construction Equipment knowledge & ability to determine products or services that best fit customer’s needs.
  • Ability to close deals.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Word & Excel.

Job Position: Aftersales Maintenance Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Participates and supports in developing the company’s goals to achieve the company’s general strategy.
  • Supervising and controlling all maintenance work.
  • Calculating expenditures and supervising maintenance budgets and estimating costs for their procedures.
  • Ensure that all technicians and maintenance personnel adhere to safety rules.
  • Organizing and performing the duties of technicians and maintenance staff.
  • Contributing to identifying the necessary training needs for the department’s employees and approving them in coordination with the human resources department.
  • Holding periodic meetings for the employees of the maintenance department to discuss work procedures and the extent to which the agreed plan is implemented and to extract the difficulties they face in performing their work and work to solve them.
  • Approving the needs of employees and technicians from the Human Resources Department.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the maintenance department’s work, including all the achievements, obstacles and solutions proposed for developing work and performance, and submitting them to the line manager.
  • Doing any additional work requested by the line manager.

Qualification and Key Competencies

  • HND / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Heavy Duty Trucks)
  • Minimum of 8 years strong Engineering experience with an established Heavy-Duty Workshop (Trucks specifically)
  • Perfect knowledge of Auto Trucks.
  • Problem-solving skills and team spirit.
  • Product knowledge & skills to handle technical problems, warranty issues.
  • Ability to guide & train others.
  • Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
  • Computer skills: MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Position: Fleet Service Engineer (Heavy Duty)

Job Locations: Benin - Edo, Port Harcourt - Rivers and Lagos

Job Description

  • This position serves as a company technical and administrative representative, field engineer and deals with service assignment including on-site preventive maintenance and inspection service work, call-out services, and commissioning activities on regional trucks within our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine vehicle and discuss with management the nature and extent of damage or malfunction.
  • Estimates cost of repair and prepare itemized work order, listing costs of parts and labor.
  • May make minor adjustments or repairs.
  • Work in a cooperative and positive manner with all personnel.
  • Conform to the company’s policies.
  • Automobile engine start-up and short test drives as required.
  • Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance on new and existing trucks to ensure schedule fleet operations are not interrupted.
  • Oversee the repairs and maintenance operation for all vehicles in line with budget.

Qualification and key competencies

  • HND, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering field
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on working experience as a service engineer on heavy duty trucks
  • Analytical and supervisory skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Auto engineering skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skill.

Job Position: Workshop Manager
Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • To coordinate all workshop-related activities and ensure availability of trucks.
  • Ensure workshop procedures & systems are known to all staff and strictly followed during repairs on vehicle as well as maintenance documentation.
  • Continuously monitor repair time & repair quality and ensure the KPI (MTTR & RFTR) targets are achieved.
  • Ensure customer focus oriented culture among the team and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Ensure workshop facility, equipment & tools are adequately maintained and available in ready to use condition.
  • Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.
  • Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of repairs before the release of vehicles.
  • Provide technical advice to team members, analyze and interpret data.
  • Ensure the workshop observes all warranty process conditions
  • Guiding & motivating productive staff to improve productivity & efficiency.
  • Monitor and control workshop expenses.

Qualification and Key Competencies

  • HND / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Commercial Vehicles)
  • Minimum of 8 years strong Engineering experience with an established Commercial Vehicle Workshop (Trucks specifically)
  • Perfect knowledge of Auto Trucks.
  • Problem-solving skill and team spirit.
  • Product knowledge & skills to handle technical problems, warranty issues.
  • Ability to guide & train others.
  • Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package
  • Valid driver’s license.
