We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development Manager (Commercial Bank Experience)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Description
The role is responsible for the management and further development of existing accounts as well as the development of new business opportunities. In more specific terms, the Business Development Manager will perform the following functions:

  • Manage, develop, and expand current client relationships
  • Routinely identify and develop new client relationships
  • Products research and development
  • Implementation of marketing strategies
  • Relationship management
  • Attend site visits and pre-proposal conferences as necessary in pursuit of business opportunities
  • Building brand awareness and positioning
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Profit maximisation through quality Risk Asset creation
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Competitor research.
  • Identifying potential customers and business development
  • Managing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
  • Report to the Head of Business Development (Retail/SME) on product development, marketing, and relationship management activities
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline from a recognized institution
  • 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience in a Commercial Bank or Finance Company
  • Experience in marketing and relationship management.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • ICT savviness
  • High competence in project and product management.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and investment options.
  • Experience in managing High-worth individuals and corporate organizations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content
  • marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as inter-dependently
  • Proactive and courageous in executing initiatives.

Salary
N5,000,000 - N11,000,000 Annually.

2.) Project Manager (Medical Project)

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project objectives are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and healthcare industry standards.
  • Lead and manage the business aspects of medical projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders and management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for medical projects, identifying opportunities, risks, and potential growth areas within the healthcare industry.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that enhance the project's success and contribute to its growth.
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project vulnerabilities and maintain project progress.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation outlining project progress, financial status, and key performance indicators for stakeholders and management.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, communication, documentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Candidates should reside in Ikeja and its environment.

Remuneration
N200,000 Monthly.

3.) Baker (Bread)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Bakery team member, you will play a vital role in creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers by providing freshly baked goods and exceptional customer service.
  • You will be responsible for various bakery tasks, including preparing, baking, decorating, and displaying a wide range of baked goods, while maintaining a clean and organized bakery department.

Duties

  • Preparing and baking a variety of bakery products such as bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, etc
  • Following recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality.
  • Decorating and finishing baked goods with icing, glazes, and toppings as per company standards
  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  • Provide information about bakery products, including ingredients and allergen information.
  • Offer samples and recommendations to customers.
  • Taking and fulfilling customer orders for custom cakes and pastries
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain product integrity.
  • Assist in monitoring bakery inventory levels.
  • Assist with receiving and storing bakery deliveries.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
  • Ensuring bakery products are attractively displayed and properly stocked throughout the day.
  • Rotate products to maintain freshness and remove any expired items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery department, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces.
  • Inspect bakery products for quality, freshness, and appearance.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the bakery supervisor.
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the bakery supervisor.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum of ND qualification from a recognised institution
  • 3 - 5 years as a baker in a retail company
  • Certification and exceptional knowledge of culinary arts or baking and pastry arts are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong passion for baking and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating orders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Work in a bakery environment with exposure to hot ovens and cold storage areas.

Salary Range

  • N120,000 - N132,000 monthly.
