1.) Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

  • As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the company’s recruitment activities, staff administration processes, staff compensation, and payroll processes. 
  • You will also monitor and report staff attendance, conduct, performance, and general well-being across multiple outlets and locations.

Responsibilities


  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct periodic and annual staff performance reviews.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a human resources position.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experienced in a broad range of human resource strategies and practices as well as employee regulatory laws in Nigeria.

3.) Restaurant Outlet Manager

Job Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Summary

  • The Restaurant / Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and leading a team to achieve business goals. 
  • This role involves planning, staff management, financial oversight, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise outlet operations, cash control, and shift management
  • Manage a high-performance team and develop their talents
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue, such as promotions, special events, and menu adjustments.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in collaboration with the kitchen team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures for food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Take charge of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness assurance within the restaurant operations
  • Attend and contribute to management meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in a food services organization.
  • Highly experienced in food products and services.
  • Sound logistics management, business operations, and financial knowledge.
  • Strong managerial skills with a proven track record in delivering targets and efficiencies.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with superior oral and written communication skills.
