1.) Technical Sales Executive

Job Description

• Expand current customer, reseller and OEM relationships & maintain and improve existing relationships and account objectives.
• Independently source, pursue and close new business, generate early conversations and opportunity-driving demand for enterprise organizations.
• Identify a carefully selected strategic prospect lists and work tqualify, develop and build credibility within these organizations. Undertake this objective using consistent and methodical approach on a day-to-day basis. Demonstrate constant progress.
• Move prospects through the sales process, identifying the key stake holders while mapping value and the business case.
• Identify promising prospects through cold calling, networking and customer referrals.
• Understand Ash Nelson Partners value proposition and be able ttailor this in line with prospects requirement.
• Work with teams tensure products maintain innovative edge and stay relevant.
• Any other responsibility as may be required by the company.
• Create business development strategies, drive sales and marketing initiatives.
• Produce service reports tsummarize service activity and performance for key stakeholders.
• Achieve the individual sales target set with Ash nelson Partners.
• Study and build a strong dynamics of OEM products and services you are assigned to.
• Ensure you pass all exams and tests as may be required.
• Establish a thorough understanding of the industry and its dynamics tdevelop an annual sales and marketing strategy for the business, tcompliment the overall business strategy, tdeliver on agreed KPI’s.

2.) Graphics Designer

Job Description

• Designing and creating visual assets for digital, events, outdoor and print materials, such as brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Collaborating with the Brand/cross functional teams to understand project requirements, target audience, brand guidelines and achieve cohesive and impactful design solutions,.
• Developing innovative design concepts that effectively communicate key messages and enhance the organization’s visual identity.
• Incorporating feedback and making revisions to designs and websites as necessary.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design principles, software tools.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Translating design concepts into functional websites.
• Implementing responsive design techniques to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Conducting website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and reference

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven experience as a graphic artist and web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and understand project requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to our clients' specifications.
• You will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
• Website Development: Develop websites, web applications, and interactive features using various programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional websites.
• Code and Design Implementation: Implement design concepts into fully functional websites ensuring cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and optimal performance.
