We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Head of Pharmacy
Job Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT) - Head Office (with regular branch visits)
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Pharmacy Operations
Reports To: Managing Director / Operations Director
Supervises: Superintendent Pharmacists (All Branches)
Role Purpose
- The Head of Pharmacy provides overall leadership, coordination, and strategic direction for pharmacy operations across all company branches.
- This role ensures consistency in professional standards, regulatory compliance, commercial performance, and service quality across the network, while empowering Superintendent Pharmacists to effectively manage daily branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Branch Oversight & Governance:
- Provide professional leadership to all Superintendent Pharmacists across the 8 branches.
- Ensure uniform implementation of pharmacy SOPs, policies, and standards company-wide.
- Serve as the highest professional authority on pharmacy matters within the organization.
- Conduct regular branch audits, reviews, and performance assessments.
Regulatory Compliance & Professional Standards:
- Ensure all branches comply with PCN, NDLEA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee licensing, renewals, inspections, and regulatory correspondence.
- Address compliance gaps and enforce corrective actions across branches.
- Ensure ethical dispensing practices and patient safety standards are maintained.
Retail Performance & Commercial Strategy:
- Develop and implement pharmacy growth strategies across all branches.
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and pharmacy KPIs per branch.
- Work with Superintendent Pharmacists to improve OTC sales, prescription volume, and customer retention.
- Drive standard retail initiatives such as promotions, product mix optimization, and seasonal campaigns.
Inventory & Risk Control:
- Provide oversight for procurement planning, stock control, and expiry management across branches.
- Ensure strong controls to minimize pilferage, losses, and wastage.
- Review stock reports and intervene where abnormal variances occur.
- Align pharmacy inventory with community demand per location.
People Management & Capability Development:
- Set performance expectations and KPIs for Superintendent Pharmacists.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of pharmacy staff in collaboration with HR.
- Identify training needs and coordinate continuous professional development.
- Handle escalated disciplinary, ethical, or performance issues.
Customer Experience & Clinical Excellence:
- Ensure consistent standards of patient counseling and professional service across all branches.
- Review and resolve escalated customer or professional complaints.
- Promote community health initiatives and professional pharmacy services.
Reporting & Strategic Input:
- Prepare consolidated pharmacy performance reports for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
- Participate in strategic planning, expansion, and new branch setup when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or PharmD).
- 7–10 years’ of xperience in community/retail pharmacy, including multi-branch supervision or area management experience.
- Valid PCN License.
- Proven experience working with Superintendent Pharmacists and structured pharmacy teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid retail pharmacy business acumen.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory and professional standards.
- Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.
- Ability to enforce standards without undermining branch leadership.
Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 monthly

2.) CCTV Operative
Job Location:Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are looking for a vigilant and reliable CCTV Operative to monitor and maintain our surveillance systems.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises by observing, reporting, and responding to incidents as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage and alert management of any suspicious activity.
- Maintain and operate CCTV equipment, ensuring cameras are functioning correctly.
- Record and store video footage accurately for future reference.
- Report incidents promptly and provide detailed observation logs.
- Assist the security team in investigations when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of a secondary school certificate (SSCE/GCE) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security is preferred.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and maintenance.
- Proximity to Lagbaja Army Barracks, Maryland, alone, GRA Adekunle Fajuyi way, Ikeja or surrounding areas is a strong advantage.
Salary
N100,000 per month.

3.) Internal / External Security Officer
Job Location: Wuse, Gudu, Gwarinpa, Lokogoma, Mabushi - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Shifts: Morning & Night
About the Job
- Bakangizo Pharmacy and Stores is seeking experienced Security Officers to maintain the safety and security of our Lagos branch. You will safeguard staff, customers, and company assets, and ensure smooth operations during all store hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises, both internally and externally.
- Supervise entry and exit points and enforce security policies.
- Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activity or incidents promptly.
- Respond to emergencies, security breaches, or incidents.
- Coordinate with management and law enforcement as required.
- Support store operations, including crowd control and special tasks.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / OND with 3-6 years of experience.
- Proven security experience, preferably in retail or multi-branch operations.
- Ability to work morning and night shifts reliably.
- Knowledge of CCTV and modern security tools.
- Vigilant, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid security certification is an advantage.
