1.) Finance Manager (Downstream Oil & Gas Marketing Experience)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, including invoicing and receivables collection.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
Essential:

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in chartered accounting, marketing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

• ACA certification is compulsory.
• Experience with accounting software and systems.

2.) Procurement Manager (Oil & Gas and Engineering Background)

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We seek an experienced Procurement Manager with an Engineering background to oversee our client's group's equipment, materials, and services procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement plans and strategies to meet operational needs
• Source and qualify local and international suppliers, particularly those with oil and gas industry expertise
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Maintain accurate procurement records
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analyze market trends to secure the best prices and terms
• Develop and implement vendor performance evaluation criteria

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, etc.)
• 7+ years of procurement experience, preferably in Nigeria's oil and gas industry
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Familiarity with Nigerian procurement regulations and market dynamics
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Remuneration
N1,800,000 per month.

3.) Group Internal Auditor (Upstream Oil & Gas Experience)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and seasoned Internal Auditor to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. 
• The ideal candidate will possess expertise in modern audit techniques, including forensic audit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based internal audits to identify control gaps and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement audit plans, programs, and procedures
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Conduct forensic audits and investigations as required
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and ensure implementation.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience in the upstream oil and gas industry
• Knowledge of modern audit techniques, including forensic audit
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
