We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Area Manager
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
- Recruit Guards for clients with man guard needs
- Screen resourced/recruited candidates for training.
- Administer the company employment form and guide candidates to fill them properly.
- Ensure proper update of staff records.
- Overseeing employee orientation and training.
- Liaising between employees and management.
- Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
- Arranging employee physical examinations.
- Prepares reports and enters and updates leave, leave allowance and other entitlements
- Ensures accurate attendance entry and submitted on time.
- Send in All documentations of new staff before deployment.
- Assist with the computations & submission of overtime and documentations on payroll.
- Ensures strict compliance with the company policies & procedures.
- Candidates are to carry out vetting and document verifications.
- Act as area manager to patrol and supervise guards in different locations.
- Perform risk assessments and write reports on this.
- Responsible and accountable for all company property at the branch Office.
- Supervise administrative staffs if any (Drivers, cleaners, guards, assistants etc.)
- Maintain Official vehicles, motorbikes, computers, phones etc at the branch office
- Collaborate with other departments for voucher payments etc.
- Managing employee / client.
- Any other tasks assigned.complaints.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.

2.) Driver
Job Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- We are seeking a reliable, literate, and well-presented Domestic Personal Assistant / House Manager to provide day-to-day support in a private residence.
- The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to use a mobile phone and WhatsApp effectively, and possess a stable family background.
Requirements
- Must be literate and able to communicate in reasonable English.
- Preferably of Yoruba tribe.
- Must be smart-looking, neat, and well-organized.
- Must come from a nuclear family background (family of 4 preferred).
- Must be 40–50 years old.
- Must have driver's license.
- Must reside within Lagos Island/Obalende/Ajah axis.
- Must have at least 10 years experience in domestic or similar roles.
- Must be comfortable using mobile phone, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools.
- Honest, trustworthy, and respectful.
- Good moral values and family-oriented.
- Calm, patient, and emotionally stable.
- Good appearance and presentable dressing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

3.) Human Resource Manager (Female)
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilties
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Lead the HR team in designing, planning, and executing HR programs and initiatives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the development of job descriptions and job specifications.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and mediate conflicts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and update company policies as required.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention and engagement.
- Implement performance appraisal systems, monitor performance reviews, and provide feedback.
- Develop and lead performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Identify training needs, plan, and coordinate training programs.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development for all employees.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Ensure salary structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Manage monthly payroll to ensure alignment with employment laws, (taking into account, Attendance, Punctuality, absenteeism, etc.).
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and oversee employee engagement programs.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, providing coaching and feedback.
- Ensure effective communication and teamwork within the HR department.
- Any other responsibilities as may be deemed necessary for your role.
- Other activities as assigned by management or may lead to the growth of the organization as a whole.
Qualifications and Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- 7+ years of HR Generalist experience.
- Passionate and proactive about employee Engagement.
- Self-aware and motivated to make a real impact.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- HR certification (e.g, CIPMN, PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM-CP e.t.c) is a plus.

Salary
N700,000 monthly.
