We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Account Officer

Job Location: Awe, Oyo 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities


  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management accounts.
  • Maintain all accounting records.
  • Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales proceeds i.e. cash or electronic payment to ensure the correctness of all transactions.
  • Carry out on-the-spot assessment of the Cashiers to ensure the accuracy of their transactions.
  • Keep a record of all accounting transactions.
  • Carry out weekly stock reconciliation etc.
  • Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e. cash or electronic payment to ensure the correctness of all transactions.

Academic Qualification and Skills

  • HND / B.Sc. in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience on the job.
  • Ability to work with less supervision.
  • Attention to details and good record management.
  • Familiar with Tally or any accounting packages.
  • Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office etc.

2.) Human Resources and Admin Officer

Job Location: Awe, Oyo 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Co-ordinate staff training and developmental programs.
  • Enforce employee discipline and uphold a culture of accountability and ethical conduct amongst the staff.
  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality and timekeeping system.
  • Process payroll accurately, and ensure remittance of statutory deductions.
  • Oversee human resources and administrative statutory obligations, ensuring timely compliance with all government and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure working environment in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relation, including inquiries, grievances, and HR-related matters.
  • Oversee general office administration, including facility management, logistics and staff welfare e.t.c.

Academic Qualifications and Skills

  • HND or BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources and administration within a structured organization.
  • A detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of human resource systems and administrative processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace environment aligned with company values.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software/ERP systems.

3.) HVAC Technician

Job Location: Awe, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across various environments, including factory and residential settings.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing air conditioning and heating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, calibration, adjustment, and testing of HVAC equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency.
  • Perform any other job-related duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Skills and Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Technical Certification, Trade Test, OND, or HND in a technical field related to HVAC systems or mechanical engineering.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on work experience in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
  • In-depth understanding of HVAC piping systems, including pipe layout, installation, and maintenance of components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
