1.) Storekeeper
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Brief
- The Storekeeper will be responsible for the efficient management of the storehouse, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, supplies, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in inventory management.
Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking and updating stock levels.
- Perform regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to meet supply needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storehouse environment.
- Ensure proper storage of goods, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
- Issue materials, supplies, and equipment to staff as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders when stock is at reorder level.
- Prepare reports on inventory status and any discrepancies.
- Implement and follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
Required Skills
- A minimum of SSCE/OND in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Must be between 20 - 50 years old
- Must be able to work and lead in a team environment
- Must reside in the Lekki axis of Lagos.
- Maintain excellent level of hygiene at all the time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.

2.) Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Brief
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing over the phone service to our guests. As the first point of contact for guests calling our restaurant, you'll provide exceptional service, answer questions, take orders, and resolve concerns.
Job Description
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Take accurate takeout, delivery, or reservation orders
- Respond to guest inquiries about menu items
- Handle guest complaints and concerns empathetically
- Maintain accurate records of orders and guest interactions
- Collaborate with in-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Process all transactions in a timely manner
Required Skills
- Minimum of SSCE/OND in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Must reside in the Lekki axis of Lagos.
- Maintain excellent level of hygiene at all the time
- Friendly, patient, and attentive demeanor
- Basic math skills and accuracy with orders and payments
- Must be between 20 - 50 years old
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

3.)Restaurant Operations Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Brief
- We are currently looking for a restaurant operations officer who will be responsible for the effective day-to-day functioning, production, operations and business development of the restaurant.
- The operations officer is obliged to provide an efficient business strategy for the company by using the best practices to manage resources, services and processes.
Job Description
- General oversight of the day-to-day operations and production including internal and external quality assurance.
- Manage the company's business development activities such as revenue drive, profit marginalization, sales, and business exposure.
- Ensure delivery of superior services and products to maximize customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Formulation of policies, processes and procedures that promote the company vision and mission as well as ensuring the implementation of the policies
- Management of internal communication flow between employees and maintaining consistent working relationships among all employees
- Expanding frontiers of business through Sales pitches and proposals
- Provide for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence; support an open-door policy among all staff
- Publicly represent the company with all social media and external constituency group
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Overseeing all financial activities and working with an account manager to manage the business financials.
- Set operating goals and objectives
- Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed
- Train and coach staff
- Prepare and implement standard operating procedures
- Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Ensure staff know and adhere to established codes of practice
- Organize and monitor staff schedules
- Maintain employee records
- Total restaurant receipts and reconcile with sales
- Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately
- Set and monitor budgets
- Coordinate restaurant operations during each shift
- Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen and restaurant
- Keep records of health and safety practices
- Analyze budget variances and take corrective actions
- Establish and implement financial controls
- Implement and oversee cost-cutting measures
- Plan and monitor restaurant sales and revenue
- Organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities
- Prepare and analyze management report
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience as a general manager, operational manager, or business development manager in a food business company
- Basic understanding and surface knowledge of business management, financial management, operational management, and human resource management.
- Minimum of BSc / HND in Business Administration or its related field.
- Hands-on experience in planning and coordination, maintenance operations, keeping track and reporting on all activities
- Knowledge of various marketing skills, social media branding and sales
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
