1.) Grill Chef

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Grill Operations: Operate and manage the grill station, ensuring all food items are grilled to the correct temperature and texture.
• Food Preparation: Prepare meats, vegetables, and other ingredients for grilling, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Cooking: Grill a variety of meats (steaks, chicken, seafood, etc.) and vegetables according to customer preferences and restaurant standards.
• Presentation: Plate and garnish grilled dishes attractively, ensuring they meet the restaurant’s presentation standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of grilling supplies, including meats, marinades, and grilling accessories. Order supplies as needed.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station. Regularly clean the grill and other equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Communicate effectively with servers and management.
• Quality Control: Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality and safety standards. Perform regular taste tests and quality checks.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers as needed, addressing any special requests or dietary concerns related to grilled items.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Grill Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Excellent grilling techniques, knife skills, and knowledge of various grilling equipment and methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure dishes are cooked and presented to the highest standards.
• Understanding of food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-temperature environment.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.

2.) Bar-Back / Mixologist Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead mixologist in the preparation and creation of cocktails and other beverages.
• Prepare ingredients, including fruits, garnishes, syrups, and other components necessary for drink recipes.
• Support the virtual presentation of cocktails, ensuring they are visually appealing and correctly executed according to recipes.
• Help manage inventory, ensuring all necessary ingredients and supplies are stocked and organized.
• Engage with customers during virtual events, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the virtual bar area.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and enhance the virtual drink menu.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe virtual kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or similar environment, with a focus on mixology preferred.
• Creativity and a passion for mixology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment.
• Basic knowledge of virtual event platforms and online engagement tools is a plus.
• Resides in Lekki and environs.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.

3.) Prep Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for recipes by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing as directed by the kitchen staff.
