1.) Animation Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create high-quality 2D & 3D animations that meet the project's visual and storytelling goals.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to model, rig, texture, and animate characters, objects, and environments.
• Develop realistic movements, expressions, and interactions for characters to enhance their believability and appeal.
• Ensure animations are synchronized with audio, dialogue, and other visual elements.
• Collaborate with other artists, designers, and directors to maintain consistency and quality throughout the animation process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in 3D animation techniques and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the animation production process.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality animations within the given timeframe.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a 3D Animator or similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software, such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.
• Solid knowledge of character rigging, modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create realistic and visually appealing animations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing your previous 3D animation work.

2.) Digital Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, create and curate engaging content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels; Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, and identify areas for improvement
• Create and curate engaging social media content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor kep performance metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns
• Identify areas of improvement and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and sales to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee the management of our website, including SEO optimization, user experience enhancements, and content management.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of Machine Learning models and systems.
• Develop prototypes for future play experiences and integrate solutions into products.
• Evaluate and refine Generative AI models to achieve optimal performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement AI solutions that drive value.
• Design and build Generative AI pipelines and infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
• Conduct extensive data analysis and prepare high-quality data for Generative AI models
• Stay updated on the latest Machine Learning technologies and tools.

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in building Machine Learning models and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Graph Machine Learning and applying methods for classification, prediction, and generation tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI methods and the ability to adapt them to custom datasets and domains.
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with common software development tools.
• Understanding of AI behavioral techniques.

Job Description

• This job role is in the travel industry and we are looking for dedicated professional to help drive the sales objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, compile and profile of individuals and corporate.
• Push for sales and submit business proposals to prospects.
• Facilitate meetings for presenting a list of company services.
• Facilitate and follow up on individual and corporate sales.
• Meet sales targets and actively manage client relationship.
• Obtain referrals from clients in line with the sales target.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports on conversion.

Requirements

• HND/BSc degree in any related field
• 2+ years of experience selling to high net-worth clients.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
