1.) Accountant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Role Specific

  • The role of the Accountant oversees company wide support to all business units including business accounting, book-keeping, management reporting and internal audit.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare periodic financial reports for the organisation
  • Oversee budget development, tracking and reporting
  • Take monthly stock of inventory, equipment, safe, bank credit facilities, etc.
  • Develop and manage physical and online file systems 
  • Utilizes sage financial and google forms software systems to run databases, pay bills, track requests and produce near real-time accounts. 
  • Contacts individuals with delinquent accounts with the company. 
  • Primary interface with banks, regulatory agencies and external auditors (e.g. FIRS, LIRS, etc.)
  • Oversee internal financial processes and documentation
  • Handle weekly financial reconciliations and internal audits.
  • Calculates, prepares and issues documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements 
  • Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements 
  • Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and align with previous budgets and constraint.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • A First Degree in Accounting with requisite professional certifications 
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in office productivity tools including ERP and Sage
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedure
  • Open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • High level of personal integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to adapt and learn and lead accounting functionality on new software projects
  • Ability to efficiently work at a fast pace in a diverse environment.

2.) Office Administrator / Executive Assistant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Role Specific

  • The role of an Administrative / Executive Assistant is to work alongside with the CEO and become an important part of a fast growing team.
  • Support the General Manager and general Operations.
  • The successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond to changing workloads and priorities.
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
  • Maintain and manage calendars
  • Communicating with teams and assisting with project management
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Executive
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Administratively support the HR
  • Establish communications between customers and executives
  • Organize documents and report
  • Accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls, and movements, both business and personal
  • Day to day correspondences with colleagues on tasks to be carried out.

Required Skills and Competencies

3.) Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Role

  • The role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing the company’s products.
  • The position will also be responsible for growing the revenue generated from the products to an agreed level by building, a robust clientele through working with the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and field sales.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Build revenue and expense budgets tied to business development plans for each product in the product portfolio.
  • Identify sales prospects, grow relationships with potential clients and pitch the product.
  • Continually plan and oversee new marketing initiatives by working with the company’s sales unit, to develop and manage all publicity and awareness programs that will aid the promotion of the company's product.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.  
  • Build sales plans containing product strategy, go-to-market plans, price & product positioning for each of the company’s product.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a business development role with team leadership experience 
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Proven work experience as a retail sales person
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiar with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Experience in a bank or training organisation will be most preferred.
