1.) Facility Management Accountant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Daily, accurately recognizing all Facility Management related transactions onto sage.
• Ensuring all supporting documents relating to both cash and bank transactions are properly filled on the server and physically for all facility management related expenses.
• Correctly posting all retired Facility Management cash advances and reconciliation of the same.
• Monthly, prepare all Energy Charge invoices for electricity consumed not later than the 2nd working day after the end of the month.
• Daily monitoring of transactions recorded in the Facility Management's Inventory module
• Daily monitoring of transactions recorded in the Company's Facility Management Services General ledger accounts and review of transactions for accuracy.
• Bi-Annually, prepare all Service Charge invoices for the period, not later than 5 working days after the end of June and December.
• Monthly, stock taking of Facility Management implements in all locations, and resolution of all stock variances by the 3rd working day of the month.
• Monthly reconciliation of Facility Inventory module with the General ledger control account.
• Others
• Directly relating with the Financial Controller and making recommendations on observations in the course of review.
• Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the Financial Controller.

Requisite Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc. (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Social Sciences or Management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Accounting for Facility Management
• Qualified Accountant - ACA
• Proficiency in the use of Enterprise-wide Accounting Application such as SAGE or SAP, Ms Office packages and Power Point Presentation.
• Others.

2.) Treasury Accountant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
Prompt and accurate recognition of company-wide transactions on Sage:

• Daily, accurately recognizing all company-wide cash and bank transactions onto sage.
• Ensuring all supporting documents to both cash and bank transactions are properly filled on the server and physically.
• Correctly posting all retired cash advances and reconciliation of the same.

Preparation of reconciliations statements:

• Preparation of reconciliation statements for all the Company's bank accounts.
• Preparation of reconciliation statements for all current accounts and other receipts control accounts

Managingand reporting on a daily basis, the liquidity position of the company:

• Daily cash and cash equivalents monitoring and reporting.
• Processing of foreign currency payments
• Support the month-end process where necessary
• Managingand reporting on the foreign currency exposure of the company.

Others:

• Provide support to financial reporting

Requisite Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc. (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Social Sciences or Management
• 2 - 15 years of work experience.
• Qualified Accountant - ACA
• Rudimental knowledge in Financial Management and Financial Accounting

3.) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

• A construction and design company is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to enhance our financial forecasting, project analysis, and strategic decision support.
• This role involves providing critical financial insights that will help shape construction projects and strategic initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and the ability to work crossfunctionally with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support decision making regarding construction projects and investments.
• Conduct regular financial forecasting, updating models to reflect fluctuating conditions and project timelines.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and regular reforecasting exercises, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Analyze financial data and create reports for management that offer solutions to business challenges.
• Provide analytical support for capital allocation decisions, including costbenefit analysis, ROI calculations, and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with project managers and other department heads to gather data and understand the financial implications of project decisions and strategies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key financial trends, potential risks, and opportunities.

• Support in the presentation of reports to executives, stakeholders, and board members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CFA, CPA, etc) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting with a strong understanding of financial statements and financial theory.
• Expertise in using financial software and Office Suites, particularly spreadheets.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and datadriven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
