We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Credit Analyst

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Microfinance / Fintech

Job Summary


  • The Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating credit data, assessing the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients, and making recommendations to support sound lending decisions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in credit risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess risk.
  • Review loan applications to determine eligibility and repayment potential.
  • Recommend loan terms based on risk assessment.
  • Monitor existing credit accounts to identify early warning signs of potential default.
  • Prepare detailed credit reports and present findings to Management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the recovery team to manage delinquent accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in a banking, fintech, or microfinance setting.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk principles, lending regulations, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.

2.) Driver

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Driver will be responsible for conveying staff, operating company vehicle safely and maintaining it in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive company staff to designated locations.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
  • Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times.
  • Perform routine checks on the vehicle and report any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate trip and mileage records.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate).
  • At least 5 years of proven driving experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Valid driver’s license, Valid LASDRI and a clean driving record.
  • Good knowledge of road safety regulations and city routes.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and respectful.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and client focused Wealth Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized financial advisory services, managing investment portfolios, and building long-term relationships with high net-worth and emerging affluent clients.
  • This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial markets and wealth creation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage high net-worth and emerging affluent clients.
  • Provide expert financial advisory and develop customized wealth management plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for clients.
  • Manage and monitor client investment portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, including revenue goals.
  • Recommend suitable investment products, insurance solutions, and wealth building opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and communication.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, etc) to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any related field (Master’s or MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, ICAN, CWM, or similar are an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and meeting sales targets.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric attitude.
