Job Responsibilities


  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR.

Job Summary

  • They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the sales in Nigeria. 
  • The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop strategic initiatives, and foster collaboration with international brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Expansion: Work with the Business Development team to grow presence in Nigeria.
  • Sales Performance: Drive and maximize sales performance, ensuring operational integrity and meeting sales targets.
  • Boutique Management: Oversee boutiques across Nigeria and develop strategies to increase boutique sales.
  • Product Management: Coordinate with the international brand team to ensure product availability and launches.
  • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in Nigeria.

Key Requirements

3.) Digital Product Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Digital Product Executive will lead the strategy and execution of our digital platforms (website, mobile app, and emerging channels) to elevate the luxury shopping experience. 
  • Define the product vision for our digital ecosystem, aligning with brand ethos and business goals (e.g., personalization, VIP clientele).

Job Responsibilities

  • Prioritize features that enhance luxury UX (e.g., virtual appointments, AR try-on, and curated collections).
  • Benchmark against competitors (e.g., Moda Operandi, Farfetch) and innovate beyond industry standards.
  • Analyze user behavior (Hotjar, Google Analytics) to identify friction points in high-value customer journeys.
  • Partner with CRM to integrate client profiles (purchase history, preferences) into personalized experiences.
  • Set KPIs (e.g., AOV, retention, session duration) and report on the ROI of product initiatives.
  • Work with boutique teams to digitize in-store services (e.g., virtual styling, concierge chat).
  • Align with marketing on campaigns (e.g., trunk shows, collabs) to drive engagement.
  • Liaise with luxury brand partners on technical integrations (e.g., exclusive drops, API feeds).
  • Pilot emerging technologies (AI styling tools, NFT loyalty programs, live shopping).

Job Requirements

  • A First Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of career experience in a similar role with top brands in FMCG, Luxury Retail or Banking industries.
  • Professional certification / MSc. in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Advertising or relevant post graduate programme would be an added advantage.
  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap, Market Analysis, Product Strategy, Data-Driven, Good Decision Making, Critical & Analytical thinking, Problem solving, Good Communication and Organizational skills.
  • Technical proficiency, Good Teamwork Ability.

4.) Social Media Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Ideal candidate will manage designated social media platforms, covering content creation, strategy development, daily management, and design services for campaigns and promotional materials.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a monthly social media calendar and providing it 15 days in advance to the start of the month.
  • Creating and scheduling posts at least two weeks in advance.
  • Designing branding images, capturing product photos, creating product demo videos, maintaining a product catalogue, and managing responses in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
  • Creating holiday/event posts, promotions, and Google Ad designs.
  • Sending them to the Marketing Manager for approval prior to the above point.
  • Maintaining brand identity, niche awareness, and aligning posts with brand protocols.
  • Researching optimal posting times, analysing weaknesses, and increasing engagement.
  • Expanding audience organically and boosting interactions.
  • Setting objectives and tracking ROI.
  • Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Overseeing social media account designs and implementing new features for brand awareness.
  • Supporting product carton design templates, POP material, event coverage, showroom revamps, SIP/SOP for Kenstar, and various marketing collaterals (e.g., price tags, uniforms, radio jingles).
  • Enhance brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms as required.
  • Growing and managing the profiles of the Brands
  • Manage the backend of our 4 websites and make necessary changes to product information and take back ups
  • Update products, track & follow up orders and payments of ecommerce websites(Jumia & others)
  • Help With designing & creating Images for outdoor and indoor branding of stores

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in PhotoShop or CorelDraw is required
  • Experience with back-end development
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and creativity skills.
